Padma originally from Bombay, India has been in the U.S. since 1979. She is a graduate of the University of Memphis and University of Tennessee Dental School. She has been practicing general and cosmetic dentistry since 1987. Her newest office is set to open in Germantown TN in early 2005.
 She only started running in 1999, and has been a competitive age grouper ever since.
